Shop Policies

  • Order fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks
  • International shipping and taxes may apply- responsible to the customer
  • After item(s) are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages- make sure to check that your address is 100% correct or with your local post office if you have not received your order
  • If there was a mistake in your order or a default in its construction customers will receive a full refund upon return of your order
  • If you do not like the item(s) or are dissatisfied with your order for reasons besides the above, you may return the item minus a 10% convenience fee 
Cancelling An Order
  • If you have made a mistake in your order or wish to cancel it for other reasons, please message us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. You can also email us directly. If your order has already been shipped we do not have the ability to cancel or change  your order.
  • If you have made a mistake in your address and your order has already shipped, your package may be returned to us. If your package has been returned we will contact you for the correct address and return your order
